A responsible approach: an obvious choice for Serval
As a major player in the nutrition of young livestock, Serval group naturally undertook a CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) approach in 2021. This approach allows Serval to continue to take social, economic and environmental concerns into account in its activities and in its relations with its stakeholders.

Because of our 60 years of close relationships with the world of animal breeding, and our convictions, we wish to act for the health and welfare of animals throughout the production chain. We are also committed to actively contributing to the improvement of the working conditions of breeders.

The Serval Group is committed to providing its employees with a safe and healthy work environment. We have also put in place a talent development process by promoting collaborative work and the skills of our employees.
Having a positive impact on the territory
Thanks to our know-how in animal nutrition and our authentically French production of veal calves, we contribute to national food independence. In addition, we support French suppliers and breeders and maintain a privileged relationship with them.
Promoting circular economy and reducing our environmental impact
We use co-products of the dairy industry because of our activity, we use co-products of the dairy industry such as whey and buttermilk, among others. During the manufacturing of our milk replacers, we seek to limit the creation of pollution and pollutants as well as save resources. Investment plans are therefore put in place to optimise the use of energy resources.
