Export sales manager - Europe (H/F)
Serval, specialist of young animal nutrition for 60 years.
Our group manufactures milk replacers, feed supplements, and fibrous feed. We operate manufacturing sites in the USA, Canada, and India. Our core values are performance, excellence, and cooperation.
As part of our international development, we are recruiting an EXPORT SALES MANAGER – EUROPE who will report to the Weaning Division Director.
Main responsibilities of the role include:
- Markets analysis and identification of the best distribution channels for our products depending on the country.
- Prospection within the region to secure new distributors.
- Gathering and reporting of field information.
- Proposition of product adaptations to meet market needs.
- Support of distributors in their sales activities in the field.
- Training of distributors’ sales forces.
- Engaging with farmers through presentations or farm visits alongside our distributors.
- Acting as the representative of SERVAL’s policy within the assigned area.
- Providing weekly reports on activities.
Prospecting will represent 70% of the time; over time, client follow-up will take on a greater share.
Products : Milk replacer feeds for young animals such as calves, lambs, kids, and piglets.
Candidate profile :
- Master’s degree (Business/Marketing; Agriculture/Agri-food; Veterinary).
- 5–10 years of experience in the agricultural sector, particularly in sales of feed, premixes, supplements, or genetics for ruminants and/or pigs.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of another language in the region is a significant asset.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, autonomy, perseverance, adaptability.
- Willingness to travel: 2–3 weeks per month.

- Laptop, mobile phone, and depending on place of residence, a company car.
- Salary: according to profile.
- Position based at headquarters (79) for the first 12 months. Remote work possible thereafter.
